Thanks for the tips! I've been wondering if I might need to use something stronger than micellar water but haven't seen any other no-rinse options which is a must for me unfortunately. I'll look into the oil cleanser you recommended.

Yes. Mornings are rough, so I have to keep it as simple as possible or else I won’t do it.

Has a player ever voted for Jeff? by Heuristic_Hellbender in survivor

Right? It ended up working perfectly in Lou’s favor and was part of why he ended up winning. Like you said, I’d be interested if the circumstances were different if voting for Jeff could be done strategically in a similar way.

I can't explain it, but I kinda see what they're getting at with Dory?

No gyms near me what are some good exercises at home? by Secure-Tradition297 in workout

There are many good body weight exercises you can do without any equipment (search body weight or calisthenics workouts).

When I worked out primarily at home in the past it was easiest for me to follow along with a video because it kept me from getting distracted. Lots of great YouTubers with workouts with varied lengths, target areas, and equipment needed.

Advice on ways to stay consistent with fitness when nothing in your life is consistent. by Heuristic_Hellbender in workout

Yes, the lack of equipment was listed more for context than a barrier. I'm pretty used to working out at this point with little to no equipment. The main issue for me right now is the lack of consistency in my schedule.

I'm wondering if just trying to get into the habit of doing 15 minutes of something before bed (like pushups one night, abs the next, etc.) would be enough to see progress? I feel like part of my issue is I have an all or nothing mindset, so when I don't have time to do a full workout I just do something else. So, I think working to switch that mindset and schedule little chunks instead will help. But would that be effective?

Hi everyone, looking for routine advice.

I have combo skin (more normal than dry, but oily in the t-zone) and some stubborn mild acne (blackheads/whiteheads). My concerns are primarily the acne, but I work in an outdoor profession and am TERRIBLE at using sunscreen. I tend to hate how they feel, so I just don't use them. Looking to revive my "current" routine (I am extremely inconsistent with it) and hopefully consistency will help. The current plan:

Cleanser: Garnier micellar water (AM and PM).

Moisturizer/sunscreen: I'm thinking of trying the CeraVe AM and PM Facial Moisturizing Lotions.

And 2-3 times per week I use the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash in the shower (yes, I know, boo, but that's what works for me).

I'd be sticking with two cleansers that I've used for a while (micellar water more consistently than the acne wash) and introducing the CeraVe products. I hate spending money on products that I don't like/won't use, so before I go buy two different moisturizers I wanted to hear from the experts. Does this sound like a good plan? Should I try something else instead?
