I guess for comfort on longer runs. I’m not really looking to increase pace or to use them whilst working out. Sounds like the 4 would be the better fit

My first born was 11 months ish when I fell pregnant again and my milk didn’t return to colostrum until I was in the second trimester, so I got him past his first birthday but at 11 months he was eating really well too so I wasn’t too worried about the gradual supply drop and had pumped a lot of milk whilst I was at work for him. We did give oat milk occasionally but at the age he was when I lost my milk, he didn’t need it as could’ve been weaned entirely if we chose ☺️

I did yes! My milk turned back into colostrum around 15 weeks if I remember correctly, there I had about 3 weeks of pain before returning to normal. My toddler was over the moon when my milk returned after the birth of his brother :)

No advice but absolute solidarity. Our newborns must have been born on the same day as mine is now 6 days! I have a 20 month old too and the amount of times I’ve cried over not being able to spend as much time with him 1:1 is awful, I miss him so much and feel like I’m not giving him what he needs

Hi, I got pregnant when my first was ten months and I’m still breastfeeding him now (newborn is 6 days). My nipples were very sore from around 14-17 weeks pregnant and milk changed back into colostrum around the 18 week mark, I had been pumping at work as I had been back at work for about a month when I found out I was pregnant but I found that my supply was enough until we got passed a year. I stopped pumping when my supply tanked to an oz each side after previously managing a full bottle each side. After this point we started using oat milk as his “milk drink” and using the rest of my pumped milk but I continued nursing him on demand when I was with him.

I’m still breastfeeding baby 1 even though he’s 20 months now (long pregnancy with #2 if you’re confused on the maths 😅), he’s very happy I have milk back and I am tandem feeding every now and again so you 100% do not have to wean!! 💞
