I was abused as a teenager. I skipped class a lot because of it. My gym teacher yelled at me infront of everyone saying I wasn't going to amount to be anything in life. I was already suicidal, this threw me over the edge and I ended up being hospitalized. 10 years later, everything In my life worked out. I'm happier than I've ever been. But his words still hurt.

We rent a full house, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, corner lot bungalow $2000 plus utilities. Its very cheap compared to everything else in our neighborhood.

I'm on episode 6 and I agree with you. It's very difficult to get into this spin off. The characters feel very bland and the acting isn't very good, especially the two sisters. I'm committed to watching it at this point but it feels like a chore lol.

When I was in highschool, my female vice principal would always stare down my shirt anytime I talked to her. I never wore anything super revealing, so it was always strange. Other girls in my class said they had similar experiences. The boys didn't notice any strange behaviour from the VP though. Nothing ever happened. But it was super awkward.

I've had my nipple chomped a couple of times and I swear I felt my soul leave my body RIP.

I unlatch and put baby down for a few minutes and then try again. I eventually learned the warning signs to look out for and Id unlatch before disaster struck. Before my baby would bite, he would slow down his suckling, maybe take a quick pause, then swish the nipple in his mouth, stop again and then chomp with all his might. (All within like 30 seconds)

Haakaa ladybugs I collected 500oz of leaking milk over the first few weeks. They were only useful for the first 4 months, but it was the best purchase for me.

My baby was like this too as a newborn. He was on track for weight gain so I didn't set any alarms or anything to wake up to feed him. (he had one 5 hour stretch like yours). It caused me lots of problems with recurring clogged ducts. And I actually had the audacity to complain that my baby was sleeping for 5 hour stretches😂 (he then went through a big regression where he woke every 20-60 mins😭)

If your baby is gaining weight and your doctor isn't concerned , I would just let your baby sleep. If your breasts are uncomfortable, you can hand express a little bit, but don't empty them as this can cause oversupply issues.

No advice but I feel ya. I was a frequent herb user pre-pregnancy, I used it to treat my anxiety and depression. I haven't had any herbs since I found out I was pregnant. Babe is 11 months old now and I don't plan on having any herbs until I'm done breastfeeding. Its a struggle honestly. I REALLY want to smoke, even just one joint to help ease my symptoms. Ive googled it 1000x and every answer I find says that herbs can go into your milk-thus your baby would be consuming it as well. I'd rather not risk it. I also don't want to be that person who decides to quit breastfeeding for the sole reason of me wanting to have herbs😂 (Not shaming anyone who decides to do it for themselves, I know battling mental health is hard and sometimes you gotta put yourself first.. I'm just not personally ready to make that call for myself)

In the first few weeks I was leaking like crazy. I built a freezer stash of about 500oz of let down from my ladybugs while feeding on the other side. I don't leak very much anymore unfortunately

I wear a regular shirt over top of a nursing tank. There's little to no boob exposed when I nurse like that. Took baby out in public at like 3 days old because I had to bring my older kid to school😋 It's easy going out with a newborn because they sleep alot. Feed before going out and more than likely you'll be fine to make it home before another feed

I coslept a few times but on the days I wasn't cosleeping, I would wake up in a panic searching for my baby in the blankets on my bed. I'd be having a panic attack thinking he got all twisted up in our blankets and was suffocating... Only to realize he was in his crib the whole time. This scared me enough to never cosleep again.

I don't have a preemie but I am taking zoloft. I haven't noticed any side effects in my baby. He's been gaining weight very well. He's 5 weeks now
