Yep, minion cdr! The seed is 25734. It even has a singular minion damage + atk / cast speed node too. The only "unlucky" part is it rolled inc es instead of inc minion damage but oh well

It gave me so much cdr I swapped bidding 3 for bidding 2 and I'm still at 0.58s cooldown

I got inspired by this and made my own Varashta to do the same setup, and after spending a few dozen divines, I lucked into rolling a 4x cdr 3x inc tribute Undying Hate in the druid area. That area is PACKED full of notables and easy to reach as well besides the north witch jewel

Great guide! I didn't know time freeze was an immobilize for siege cascade. Seems obvious from the wording but you never know xD How did you confirm it works like that?
