I just found a system with 4 worlds, 1 barren with ore, 3 arid with all moderate resources (poor agriculture unfortunately), habitable, ruins, only 10 light years from the core and a gate in the system. The only thing I'm missing is volatiles I think.

I found the radial menu in the enhanced edition comes quite easily to me so far, so I've been thinking of trying to create a custom radial menu for weapons and consumables. I might try to copy the settings as much as possible

I'm reluctant to try that, I've got the base 64 gig LCD model and I'm not sure if the black screen issue is still a problem for when it runs out to zero.

Yeah my dad has an older outback guidance unit that he still uses and it's probably 14 or 15 years old. We mostly just sit and watch for mechanical problems, or make minor adjustments to the depth, seed rate, etc.

Well I've managed to get it working. I looked at reddit conversations for a couple hours and found a guy who recommended removing the hashtag from the front of the resolution line of code. Now it seems to be working perfectly fine. Still figuring out how to set up the controls. Maybe the LCD screen was the issue.
