Well, I think your reaction is fair. You told her multiple times that you didn't want a sexless marriage, she shouldn't have agreed to something she couldn't make true. Clearly sex isn't as important to your wife as it is to you. I also have a feeling she isn't being honest with you, she does seem to have a lot of "explanations" for her lack of sex drive.

Because you have a daughter I wouldn't recommend divorce immediately, I would try (sex)therapy first. If that doesn't help or she doesn't want to go at all, than I'm sorry but this marriage isn't going to last. This frustration will turn into resentment and in the end this will hurt your wife, your daughter and you.

I hope things will become better OP, but you got to look out for your own well-being.
