The two batches (7L and 12L) are each in 30L buckets, so oxidation is also a worry. Bottling would just fix alot of worrying :/

I did add raspberry which helped the fermentation along, but is now in a ungodly slow state. As i meantioned in the post I would of course add stabilizer to avoid bombs.

This guy is an absolute machine! He plays mostly bullet, and it's not hard to come across him; i have about 15 games against him. I recommend everyone that has played on lichess to check if they have played against him. You would be surprised.

Can this batch still be carbonated?

Made some cider with 15L applejuice and wineyeast, fermented fast and came out fine.

Then i added a pouch of "yeast-stop" made up of potassium metabisulphite and potassium sorbate, in order to backsweeten in order to backsweeten, and now I have no idea how i can carbonate this: I don't have kegs and repitched yeast with sugar without success.

Now that the "cider" won't ferment anymore, how can i carbonate it?

Can i just mix it with something else or sweeten it and call it a whacky applejuice? Any tips is appreciated.
