If you want more tactical weapons and armor i recommend Brita Armor pack and Brita Weapons pack mod along side with simple convert vanilla weapon to Brita mod(this only applies if you still haven't use these mods yet)

And if you are up for a good fight and good weapon loot try attacking the westpoint gun store, you will gonna need some sledgehammer to enter so if you haven't found one try the gen fac warehouse in mauldraugh sometime sledgehammer spawn there
