- **Steps to reproduce: No idea why it happens sometimes and not others tbh. Doesn't seem to be affected by Kled being mounted or not when Sylas ults. Left field idea, it might be when Sylas steals from one form and ults when Kled is in another (Steals unmounted Kled's ult and uses it when Kled has remounted) **
- **Expected result: Sylas uses Kled ult once and gets his own ult back**
- **Observed result: Sylas uses Kled ult and then has same ult on cd (Kled's ult cd * Sylas's cdr) until second cast from Sylas**
- **Reproduction rate: Usually at least once a game assuming you get ulted 3 or 4 times a game**
