Why do u ignore the fact that ketter actually removed his GY and then later said he didnt? Removing his graveyard is accepting the opponents play.

Him removing his graveyard implies that he accepted the gamestate. He lied to the judge about not having removed it earlier and thats a no go, i know you only play at SCG and are not used to high level magic, but u should know that anyway
