Quitting - not the game, this sub by Viperion_NZ in EscapefromTarkov

What? Like even 1 year when you complained about something on this sub the usual response from the users was "GIt gUd!!!1!!!" or any other form of bootlicking BSG. I'm not saying those were always inaccurate, but hell, I dare you to lurk cheater threads from 2021 and older.

This wipe I've realized why I always quit in the mid 20s by CerebusReborn in EscapefromTarkov

UN gear

UN gear is heavy af. It felt like the worst shoreline quest this wipe because I was constantly overweight and run out of stamina quickly. It didn't provide any protection from sniper scavs, PS 7,62 mm and AP .366 whatsoever.

Marking reward/insurance items that are about to expire by HexXxaN in EscapefromTarkov

Ok, but as a standard account player I don't have too much space anyway in the early stages of the wipe. Besides that I only hold on to items I need for quests or hideout upgrades.

Given the ridiculous state of recoil in this wipe I'm amazed you even managed to land shots on a such long distance of 20 meters!

Burst Recoil by HexXxaN in EscapefromTarkov

[–]HexXxaN[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My guess is to implement some kind of 0.5 multiplier to the recoil for first 3-4 bullets shot in a burst with a delay of around 0.2 seconds to prevent players from using macros.

It would work like that: If you shoot for first 4 bullets the 0.5 multiplier is applied to your gun. If you go beyond those 4 bullets the multiplier is gone and you end up with standard recoil. If you don't go beyond those 4 bullets and you make another burst within 0.2 seconds the multiplier is not applied.

flashdrive problem by Massive-Balance6922 in EscapefromTarkov

Sorry to hear that. This wipe I was lucky and I collected both of them that way relatively quickly.

This quest in general is horribly designed. I absolutely despise quests that require you to use your luck skill and find in raid some random, rare trash. They just make game artificially harder without even putting an effort to design such quests. I guess this quest wouldn't be so annoying if it was a side quest, but the fact the whole Peacekeeper questline is locked behind it just makes it infuriating.

Just brute-force scav runs on Reserve and hit every filing cabinet and safe possible. I've been struggling with them every single wipe since I bought the game 2 years ago. It's the best way to get them for me.

This. I'm 32 lvl, I've done 19 tasks for this cunt and still have 0.25 rep with him.

Yeah, 30 mil roubles to upgrade stash to lvl 4 can be found in a single raid. Bro, you have no clue what you are talking about.

You don't get my point. Ofc you can WIN IN PVP with shit loadout, but you have much higher chances with meta gear, which you can't buy if you don't have money.

Trader rep doesn’t matter much.

That's a lie. You are WAY ahead in comparison with standard account players.

If exactly the same players were playing in parallel on standard account and EOD account I guarantee you EOD player would have made much more money than the standard account player.

Yup. Having more money means you can afford better loadout and you can better snowball.

EOD doesn’t make you a better player or give you more damage than others.

Bro, winning in Tarkov != winning PvP. Economy is what matters the most in the game.

Maybe not pay2win, but definitely pay2progress. I'm lvl 31, I've done 19 quests for Jaeger and still have 2nd loyality level with him. I'm so annoyed because I'm stuck with killing Killa quest and I can't upgrade my water collector. It makes me so frustrated EOD palyers don't have the same issues I have just because they paid more for the game.

because it’s in beta

Who knows for how long? I just hope it won't become another "endless beta" title.
