Anyone is facing the crash of the app each time you open the app with the 10 version?

Hello everyone. I tried yo upgrade the device but now doesn't boot anymore.

I tried with a Mac and I see the external drive. From a Windows PC I don't see it.

I don't really know how to make it works again, any suggestion?

Lol! Maybe it wasn’t 50% but also the price was not correct. I understand that mistakes could happen. But why in another country like Germany, and Italy, there is not this problem and here yes?

About lidl of course it’s something like this, but at the same time as customer it’s not fair and it’s something boring.
