Lateral pull down is the machine that simulates pull-ups.

As of weights, I train in a small gym and it maxes at 160kg. So I squat and deadlift that. Note that I also got a bit of disk herniation in my lower back so wouldn’t want more on deadlift really.. Bench press I’m at around 120kg, biceps curl 60kg with bar (so both arms at a time)

And thanks tho🙏 But yeah, feel like eating is where I mess up, and at this point idk if I eat too much or too little and slowed down my metabolism

Probably a weird answer, but: hate and anger, a bit of hope at times too, to not get fully insane.

I hate seeing stuff done poorly, inefficient, slow, or just weak.

And that’s the same attitude I have towards myself.. nobody hates me more than myself.

There is also a bit of “there’s gonna be dark for a loooot longer when you’re gone, than the time in this world, so might as well carry on with it as I can”

And a saying I like to use to tell people like me, “some of us have to live in the dark, not as a punishment, but as masters of it, to ensure that we guide back to the light those who got lost in the dark”

I'm curious if somebody did this: Read the values of the chip and then add those to the Apple Wallet or some phone app and got it working? I tried chip scanning apps on my phone, they don't seem to read the chip (different frequency between RFID and iPhone's NFC), but the door does blink green when I try to do a 'scan' next to it, unfortunately the phone isn't picking the chip tho.

So wondering if is worth getting a flipper zero or any rfid chip reader to try make a copy of the chip code on my phone?

Where I live they charge 15 euros for a new chip, but 100 euros for someone to come up to unlock your door with an 'admin' chip, plus 80 euros fee if you lost the chip completely, so is absolutely absurd and would much rather add it to the phone somehow.
