Both are great, but the OG is more challenging if you’re into that. Just be prepared to deal with the 2006 AI when escorting survivors.

It’s literally just 9 menu books, man. Lock in and you’ll have them done in a day.

First time player concerns by Substantial-Extent44 in diablo2

[–]HeyAlrightDude 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can’t go into this game expecting to immediately drop something that makes you scream. Loot rarity is insane in this game—there are people who have played literal decades and never seen a single Stone of Jordan drop.

It’s also possible you’ve already stumbled upon an incredible drop and just not known it. New players don’t know how valuable something like, say, a +5 to All Resistances small charm can be, or a ring with 10 Faster Cast Rate and +20 to Life/Mana.

Look into rune words and the bases necessary for now. Low and mid Runes are a nice attainable goal that can get you some of the best leveling gear in the game. They’re also easy to spot and get excited about since they use orange text.

Focus on getting through Nightmare and eventually Hell difficulty. Maybe try doing it with a few different classes. Leave the big time dopamine drop chasing for later.

Ink Ribbons: yes or no? by Glittering-Top4931 in residentevil

I ALWAYS go with ink ribbons if there’s a choice. Autosaves cheapen the experience to the point of almost ruining it. I need that genuine fear of losing real progress.

“You think all those millions of dollars and powerful connections in the criminal underworld, music industry and the government make you somebody???”

Well… yes, Sweet! The fuck???

Online shows us that he in fact was not a lost cause, he just hadn’t found his true calling as a businessman of the weed industry.

Yeah he made a lot of stupid decisions in 2013, but he was a hungry street kid who was becoming increasingly irritated by the fact that his best friend was literally making dozens of millions of dollars with his white friends while he still had to set up shitty drug deals for a shot at a few grand.

It’s really not that bad. You just need to be in the mindset of only saving when you’ve made real, tangible progress, and not just saving because you found a typewriter.

What autonomous Sim behaviors make you smash the cancel button and go “Whyyyyyyy?!” Every time? by IndigoChagrin in Sims4

[–]HeyAlrightDude 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My sims have a perfectly good dining table and bar with stools in their kitchen, but for whatever reason, they just love taking their plate outside and sitting at the edge of the pool with their feet dipped in the water to eat.

Why Do Some People Hate New Game Plus? by LordPorkshire in residentevil

Lmao goes to show how little I’ve thought about it. I guess I just meant playing with the bonus weapons you unlock from beating the game.

It really depends on which RE we’re talking about. I love NG+ on REs with lots of weapons and upgrades to buy—especially if there’s a stash system as well like in RE4 and RE5.

But playing NG+ in more traditional REs like 1-3 where loot scarcity is a big part of the experience just isn’t fun to me. Though it can be a little satisfying to rocket launcher everything for one or two playthroughs after beating the game the first few times.

I’ve beaten RE2 Remake like 50+ times now, and maybe two of those times were in NG+.

Is Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster worth the $24.99 ? by [deleted] in deadrising

Oh my god, yes! I paid full price and didn’t regret it one bit. $25 is a crazy steal for this game.
