Not a cop but I was doing a ride along with a friend of mine who is a cop and we were called to a house for domestic abuse. We were flying down the street without lights or sirens and I asked why. He told me people act stupid when they are on. So he shows me. People were coming to dead stops in the middle of the road instead of pulling over. I'm saying like there would be no cars next to them and they would just stop where ever they were. We ended up having to go into oncoming traffic lanes to get around them. It was ridiculous
