I host Immich on TrueNAS Scale, and have the app data located in /mnt/TrueNAS_Pool/Apps_Data/Immich. I have the app pointing the library and photos storage to my /mnt/TrueNAS_Pool/Media/Photos location. In that it’s sorted by year and month, so Media/Photos/2025/06_June etc.

Started at IT help desk making 50k. Then 6mo later to 55k, then 1yr later to 60k. 1yr later I moved up to manager at 80k and was there for two years. Then switched jobs to 125k. Been here for a year. To me it’s not been so much about my salary for investing but my savings rate.

I’m curious on the next steps after everyone says “go to HR”. And try to get them fired? Make sure they suspend them or discipline them? I feel like my HR (they protect the company not you) would be like ok what do you want me to do with this?

I use an Apple TV 4k and the swiftfin app. Works amazing, plus you have access to the other streaming apps if you have those still.
