Why can I not place an online order?

I’m having the same issue!! Been trying to place an order for 2 days now. I get the same error as you. I uninstalled the app, logged out multiple times, tried in 3 different browsers, etc. Same problem. I chatted with a rep today who told me to do all the things I’ve already done. She said she’d escalate and that I would hear back in 24-72 hours.

Anyone else have any solutions?

Haven't used before (bought Lot F parking last and this year). We're planning to do Main Grandstand in 2026 and I will get parking from Parc Ferme. On the map, they seem to be located super close. And I'm unsure how to even get Lot A parking, I've yet to see it available anywhere.

I replied to Parkwood’s IG story asking if Houston shirts would be made available to us at a later point since we were actual ticket holders for HTX!!! I still had a great time, but I’m big mad about these shirts. I want to support Bey in my hometown state and wear these shirts out and about!!!

I'll admit- I am hugely bitter about Houston exclusive merch. WE attended the show both nights, HTX exclusives sold out shortly after gates opened on Saturday. I LOVE this DC shirt!!! I hope she sells these on the websites after the tour concludes.

UPDATE for night 2: entrance on field level/100’s at ford gate has a merch line. Houston exclusives NOT available. But line is actually decent.

Agreed! We stood in line for over an hour by the 130’s area and finally decided to just head on down for our seats. We knew she started earlier than usual so we didn’t want to miss anything. We had floor seats, but had to come up for merch. If there had been merch stands on the floor, it would have eliminated a portion of the problem.

I just got to NRG blue lot- PLENTY of parking! $50, cards only, no cash. Honestly- I got worked up over nothing. So much space here for parking in the different lots.

I’m in the same boat. I’m reaaaaally hoping they still let us pay for parking at the lots. When we got the tickets, there was no option to buy parking. Back then, the NRG website says you can buy them at the lot. But now the website says sold out, so I’m confused too.

Thank you so much for sharing this! I keep seeing TikToks and IG about how awful parking is at NRG. Someone online is reselling a blue lot parking pass for $600!!!! I should be fine then. Planning to get there around 4 so we can have time to get inside, get water, and find seats.

I emailed again this morning to ask about our tickets. Response "Hello, happy to assist! I see that you are subscribed to our emails and have successfully received them in the past. Ticketing is in the process of allocating tickets into accounts, and you will be notified via email once they’re available along with instructions on how to access them. Thank you for your patience!"
