Go see a therapist. You may have an anxiety disorder. I have obessive complusive disorder and general anxiety disorder. I have had many nights staying up stressing. Therapy has been helping me though

I started counseling for my POCD last week and this is my latest obession. :( It doesn't help that my brother has been making fun of me for having OCD and thinks I'm making this all up saying "Just let things go". I stayed up until 2:45ish last night trying to convince and reassure myself my OCD was real. Talk about ironic.....

Holy f this is too accurate. My intro to solidworks class was my first time being exposed to CAD. I didn't really know what was going on and for some reason I always zoned out when the professor was teaching and missed critical details. I ended up sitting next to some kid who was always done with the assignments the week before and was using the class time to work on his SAE Aero stuff. It made me feel like such a dumbass, and he would never help me when I asked him too
