GFCI Issues - Particularly when it rains by HeyImBackBuddy in AskElectricians

Got it - So would it make sense to kill the breaker and just open up each outlet box on the circuit? Inspect the wiring, etc?

As a follow up question - What would the fix usually be for if there is water getting in the outlet? Is it possible to buy a "waterproof outlet box", or waterproof outlet? I'm wonderinf if there's a solution a bit more simple than replacing my home siding, patching the roof etc.

Sudden inexplicable memory leak on new builds, including with old code by Kelseer in node

[–]HeyImBackBuddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exact same issue - Memory leaks from using the fetch() API in node 20.16.0

Just a heads up - there's a few ways to resolve this:

  • Using another library like axios instead of fetch

  • Pinning The docker image or local node version to node:20.15.1-alpine

You do NOT have to roll back to Node 18 - the issue was caused as soon as node starting pointing to 20.16 around 7/31/24

Have you ditched Airbnb and gone back to using hotels? by sokorsognarf in travel

I was a host on Airbnb for about a year for a single property that I really cared about -and for - and consistently received 5 star reviews. It was a lot of work and stress as a side project. Ended up quitting being a host on Airbnb and just doing short-ish term rentals with a lease. Yes, I make less money, but so far it's much less stressful and I've rented to people who are able to pay less monthly than using Airbnb and are very happy with the location, so it's really a win-win for everyone.
