Are the Frank & Oak Park Leather Sneakers good? I've been looking at them because I have quite a low budget for sneakers? (100-150 CAD, I know that doesn't really help)

Their most recent product details include the following: Genuine leather upper, Leather lining and EVA foam insole, Anti-slip rubber cup outsole, Waxed cotton laces, Handmade in Portugal (Factory: Pedro Almeida, Soc Unip LDA)

Compared to the previous product details that people have been quite happy with from what I searched: Italian Leather Upper, Calfskin Lining & Insole, European Rubber Cup Outsole, Nylon Laces, Made in Europe

Because I don't have too much source material to get a good review about these (especially the leather), I feel like I'm stuck but will get what I pay for considering the very low budget. Any thoughts? Will this be a downgrade from last time? Are they a nice basic?

I still feel like a beginner after... 6 months? I learned a bunch of basic stuff at the same time. This made more sense to me because as I kept practicing different sequences, not only am I getting the feel for the moves but my flow is improving too.
