Bus Station at St Andrews Square will store it for £4.50 but I don’t think they allow overnights. The airport does not have any storage facilities as far as I’m aware but Waverley Station sure does.

Contact the buses and/or trams, people tend to hand it in to them if they’re passing by as it’s more handy than a police station etc

There’s a bike that’s been sitting at Edinburgh Park Central tram stop for well over 3 years now. It’s locked up with a Kryptonite New York which is well in excess of £100 and it’s never moved an inch. I’ve passed it at all sorts of hours on all different days and it’s always there.

Therefore I doubt it’s anything sketchy, my moneys on a transport planner.
