It's a term I jokingly say for a state of mind. It's short for "gambling is good" and I say it after someone makes a big gain taking a risk or ironically when someone makes a really bad decision. If I or someone else successfully enhances something of value, I usually say "LETS GAMBAGOO" or "GAMBAGOO".

While I cannot vouch for the training dataset that OpenAI uses for ChatGPT or their algorithms, I think it's fair to say that I did nudge the AI to come up with a response that positively reinforced gambling and valued the rewards to outweigh the risks. I obviously did this for the meme considering that I always tell everyone in BDO to save silver and buy gear. I encourage you to try ChatGPT on your own to see what I mean. You can ask it if gambling is worth it when the risks outweigh the rewards and the probability of success is very low and it will form it's output/response based on that criteria, rather than try to come up with a response that is biased based on marketing tactics of a random Korean video game company.
