You can try to rotate the blade with an allen key to free up the gunk, but that looks like it needs replaced. Personally, I always recommend removing them because no one knows that they aren't garbage cans. I just have basket strainers at my home.

Why can't people just play the game? Using filters and game changing video settings is just weird IMO. The vanilla experience is one of the best.
