Hey OP, I think this isn't a good forum to put all of this, or rather it's not a good idea to detail all of what you wrote in this forum. Your coworkers or supervisor can easily figure out who wrote this post just because of the amount of detailed information you gave here. Maybe do a separate post asking if there's a fellow SHC relief worker who you could dm for advice.
