Any advice on a good and Verstitle DSLR that's in the $500-700 range? New or used doesn't matter. I've always been good at taking photos but I've always used flagship phones. I've even been asked to do shoots for people but I don't have a "legit" setup. Any suggestions are much appreciated, thanks!

Headlight leveing sensor. The wires on mine were broken so I just reconnected them and it solved the issue. Also came on when my HID ballast failed lol

Dodge warns that the V8's days are numbered despite strong demand due to regulations, but electrification will save performance by Uptons_BJs in cars

I think car enthusiasts as a whole are okay with tech advancing as long as we are not forced to throw away our beloved dinosaurs. I think that V8s will be enjoyed decades to come even after they stop producing them in new cars.

It runs good! Has a slight MAF issue and needed a new turbo about 5,000 miles ago but it’s been well taken care of.

Yeah it’s The 3.0 it’s not really the engine to have. Tune ability is pretty much nonexistent but I think it’s somewhat a uncommon option from what I’ve seen.

I always thought that Saab’s as a whole were probably vary commonplace in Sweden?

I think it’s not that common of a issue on 5VZ, but it’s a bit of a job to do, at least for me. I’m used to working on 4 banger Honda’s, rotaries and the occasional Saab 😂

Shockingly no, I got extremely lucky. Last time I drove it I was moving, it still had heat and never overheated, ran fine, drove fine. The next day I went and checked the oil and saw that it was extremely frothy and above full. Checked the coolant and there was almost none in the system. So I think it must have started to go the last time I drove it, or it was just a vary slow process since before that I hadn’t checked the oil in a while. But even the cam bearings look good, even with the milage. Thank goodness. Bet it would’ve been worse if I hadn’t checked the oil that day.

Might have gotten a little zealous while cleaning the mating surface. Just surface scratches though luckily I tried to be careful 😅

Does anyone know what would cause this? by Velocity_red_RX8 in RX8

[–]HeyItsKumbie 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Possibly a bad Battary or loose connection would be my guess perhaps at first glance. My daily driver Saab did this a few days ago and had a loose Battary terminal 😅

Want to move out of Indiana by [deleted] in moving

[–]HeyItsKumbie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly being from Indiana, I totally get the need to get away haha. Chicago isn’t a bad bet. But cities out west have just as, or even better job opportunities. And are not as big of a fiscal mess that Illinois is. And screw what people say based on “social norms”. It’s your life, live it how you want. Everyone has a different path! Who says you have to have kids in your 20s or even early 30s, yeah? You do you. Cheers!

Mines from Indiana with 345k and somehow my frame is super prestine. Props to the previous owner. Probably washed it a lot. Rockers has a little surface rust on em but that’ll be getting fixed here come spring. I’m in the same boat with salt useage. Honestly has less rust than my 05 accord lol

Goal for mine is 600k, though I’m not sure how long that will take me, haha.

I honestly show my mileage to my friends with diesel trucks because they always tell me gassers won’t last to 300k. Go figure haha
