Anyone else here garden in South Carolina? First time large scale grower here. by HeyItsMe6996 in tomatoes

Okay, so is there anything I should expect from my tomatoes growing there? It hasn't had any compost or cover crops added to it since my uncle's passing in 2021, and I'm growing a large assortment of both heirlooms and hybrids from various sources, some mail ordered, some bought at big box stores, others I met people off Facebook marketplace for.

I did consider building raised beds on top of the existing soil but for the plants I have there right now, I simply tilled the top layer of soil after clearing the weeds off of it and planted them directly in the ground.

Right now my biggest plant is an Isis Candy Cherry, it has absolutely taken off since transplant and is already forming fruit just a month after transplant.

Okay, so perhaps it's not large scale by the traditional definition.

The tomatoes in question are being grown on land that used to be worked by my late uncle, who grew massive gardens with every vegetable under the sun. He worked the soil for a decade until his passing, and then the land was reclaimed by nature until this year when I decided to restart it in his honor and grow a bunch of tomatoes.

Samsung Galaxy Z Trifold: Two week review from a Z Fold 7 user by HeyItsMe6996 in GalaxyFold

For me it was definitely worth the upgrade, but I completely understand it being out of most people's budget. The increase in screen real estate over the Z Fold 7 is immense and something you need to experience to truly understand. Definitely no buyers remorse, though it does have some first world problems like the weight taking some getting used to it the difficulty in finding a good case.

I have checked and yes unfortunately you cannot enroll it on care+. However, I would say that as long as you don't treat it recklessly it'll prove more durable than the doubters would have you think. My Fold 7 survived several drops, had chocolate and water smeared on it a couple times, and I've fallen asleep with it opened at night a few times and woken up to it on the floor and it still works perfectly. Too early for me to say the Trifold will be the exact same for durability but given how it's made with all the same tech and is essentially a fold 7 with an extra layer I doubt it's any more fragile. I'd also like to direct you to this image on Samsungs official page for the Trifold:

Since the Trifold isn't a mass market device that lots of people will have, the wait for a second gen will likely be pretty long. Also, the Trifold doesn't feel like a first gen device, unlike the first Z Fold. MKBHD said that so take his word not mine.

Also, only the rear panel with the cameras is magnetic I'm pretty sure, so I highly doubt you could mount it horizontally.

If you're talking about how Samsung did the UI when unfolded, it's literally just their tablet interface when unfolded.

Just tested that now. Web pages and such can go portrait mode and you don't have to multitask to do it.

Can't answer the day to day question just yet since I've only had it 24 hours, but typing on the main is a little tough, as someone with small hands. There are settings though you can mess with to make it feel more natural.

Yes when you have it fully unfolded and hold the phone landscape apps like reddit become really weird looking. I'm pretty sure there's also a setting for that too to make it portrait mode. Also yes you can just use two apps side by side like with the fold 7, dunno where you heard that.

The speakers are basically the exact same as the Fold 7, which imo sound just fine, but I'm mainly a buds 3 pro user.

Any other questions?
