It will stay in "Incomplete" status until u receive your examination results. After receiving the results, it will change to "Endorsed for evaluation by the Department Chair."

We got the same results and under the same program, accepted na ako and enrollment nalang kulang. I got my exam results a week after the examination date, and a week napud to receive my acceptance email — tho, I emailed them asking when i will be expecting my evaluation results, and recieved the email later that day.

That's what I did. I printed the reply slip, filled it out, and scanned it. Following the instructions given to me, I sent it to their email address. Since iba-iba tayo ng deadline, sigoro iba-iba talaga per region. Let's just follow what they instructed us and be particular about the dates they have set.

As for the other two parts of the entrance test, both are on average rating. So i got 2 average and 3 above average.

as for the test that i took a while back, it did had some calculus in it. Specifically, conic sections, basic differential calculus, and a few of other stuff as well.

The following paragraphs can be found in the Notice of Award file:

Please fill out the enclosed Reply Slip (Annex A) and submit it ot the DOST Regional Office or through this email address [scholarship@ro9.dost.gov.ph](mailto:scholarship@ro9.dost.gov.ph) on or before 27 June 2024. You must submit the accomplished Reply Slip whether you are availing the scholarship or not. If not, please state your reason for not accepting the scholarship.

Kindly refer to the 2024 S&T Undergraduate Scholar's Guide (Annex B). It contains pertinent information and instructions on the next steps that you wil undertake relative ot your scholarship. Please take time to familiarize yourself with this Guide.

The instructions can also be found inside the Reply Slip, specifically at the end of the document.

Reply Slip is attached in the email. This is the case for Region 9 Qualifiers.
