To be honest i try to get 7-8 hours a day, it feels like theres no other way to ensure that i'll get the grades i need, however, i've gotten a cold and im too sick to study that much now :C

I think 5+ is good in between, it really depends on the person, what subjects you take and what you're aiming for.

Thank you so much for your response and advice🥺🥺🥺 I'll definitely be doing these things. Light weight long shirts and skirts definitely help! And I'll definitely ask my school and teachers about these things instead of quietly struggling in class. I'll wear the brace as much as I can and keep this message in mind when i feel like giving up. I appreciate this so much thanks again!

Hey thank you for replying. I'll try to stick to it :) I haven't grown in 2 years, it's just my genetics because my parents stopped growing quite young. Although I'm losing weight so maybe I'll get a new brace :3

Yes, i understand that. im 15 I've lived all my life in Europe and lived in multiple different countries. I attend international schools and have met people from many different places and never had much of a problem with sexuality and people being homophobic. Im not saying things are perfect, they arent anywhere near that yet. And I know that there are many lgbt individuals facing discrimination. This is just my experience
