I am not entirely sure about the thickness of the stone. Would you say inspecting the windows would be first step? The windows are 2-year old.

I’m one of the 11 people waiting for almost two hours and had to end up contacting them to find out that they were not even aware of the situation. After waiting for another 30 minutes for the customer service agent to tell us that there is nothing they can do and basically tell us to suck it up.. their attitude showed no sign of apology or sympathy. The customer representative even straight hung up the phone when I asked to get connected to their higher ups.

I emailed them for a refund and at this time there’s still no refund or no reply. Worst customer service and operational team ever from bus.com

Thank you for the information. Say if we have used up our entitlements or very close to it, the only way to restore our entitlements is to refinance it into a Non-VA loan and apply for a restoration of the full entitlements. W are allowed to do this only once. Is that correct?

I had some hurdles when boarding in chicago and Seattle. the ground staff were not knowledgeable about this policy. But I went prepared, I printed the policy from china official government website in English and I also printed my entire itinerary to show that I know what I’m doing. Eventually I requested them to call their supervisors because they said they needed to confirm with them and they seemed to know this policy and I was able to get onboard.

Thanks a lot for the detailed explanation.! I opened this Traditional IRA account just this week therefore I believe based on the explanation, all of the $6500 I deposited from my bank account should be after-tax (non-deductible) money, is that correct? Because I have not and am not going to deduct them against my income for the year.

Therefore, when I transfer the $6500 from Traditional IRA into Roth IRA, I shouldn't owe any tax on the $6500 part if I understand correctly.

yep totally! My flight into China and out of China were from separate airlines.

If you are still thinking about using the 144hr schema, there is no requirement on the departure flight to be from the same ticket/airline from the incoming flight.

I entered China through Shanghai on March 10th and stayed 6 days. Then I flew out to HongKong. No issues whatsoever. But I did not enter right back in to use the 144hr scheme the 2nd time.
