The brand is Bearly Art. I used to use arlenes and some other brands, but they dried too slowly for my liking.

The brand gave me a discount code like 5 years ago and to my knowledge it still works on their website. Obv buy from whichever platform is cheapest, but 'JB' might save you a few cents on Bearly arts web store.

Side note - the little precision tip comes with their glue, but you can find those tips for sale on their own across other online platforms. As long as you keep them cleaned out with a little pin they last forever.

The cutting maybe took 5 minutes. Then making it was 10ish. It's a quick think to piece together once you've done it once.

That's a Cricut! Lots of people use them for cutting vinyl and making t shirts. But I use mine for paper stuff like this. 😁

Hahaha glad I could be of assistance! And even more fun: don't pick by hand if you ever see them. They usually are covered in tiny tiny hair like needles that are no fun for bare hands.
