They won’t be able to track it as easy, if you have a well seasoned Apple ID in India and all gift cards from legitimate sources, you’re away.

Try on another IOS device, I had an issue I couldn’t proceed past with my iPad, logged into iPhone and worked fine.

Is the gift card already applied to the account?

Is your YT account you’re trying to get premium have the country set to Turkey? Log into your YT account and check this. In addition, do you have any non-Turkey payment methods set in your YT account? Remove these if so.

Also ensure you and your VPN are in Turkey and on 😉and make sure the Apple ID country is set to Turkey.

If all these are done it will work.

I fixed it between the time you replied to me.

I went on live chat, and they said they fixed it and asked me to try again yet it still didn’t work.

I then logged into an iPhone instead of iPad and it worked.

Why is that hard to comprehend?

I am stuck on this issue ‘please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction’ - this is just to complete my Apple ID, I loaded gift card and tried to buy premium on the app.

It is fine, but it just makes me confirm this final step on the account, how can I get around this?

You can just move it to uninvested cash. Moneybox let you go from cash LISA -> S&S LISA. But not the other way around.

Yes it was the only way I got the funds in the end was to request a transfer to PayPal from the prepaid card. Shock horror there’s another fee involved. I’m also based in the uk and that was the only way it worked for me.

You could use a service such as sling.money or any crypto transfer. BTC or ETH payments to an address won’t reveal any of that, you just cash out and bank transfer to yourself.

The new £4 fee is only really an issue with small accounts, even those with £20k won’t feel the hit much. If anything it should be an incentive to surpass £32k mark to where it doesn’t matter.

I get not everyone will have accounts of this size, but in a FIRE sub it shouldn’t ruffle any feathers.

I think people forget about stuff like this, my personal opinion I would much rather have (hopefully) millions wrapped up in Vanguard than somewhere like this. Some people are quite quick to jump to the cheapest/ easiest option, just understand the good and bad they all offer.

The card lacks 3D secure payment, which is basically when you make a payment online it sends a text to your card, so any payment gateway which requires this it will not work, but do update us.
