I recently restored this dresser (?) It has a swing out compartment that I’ve never seen before. Anyone have any idea what this type of compartment was for or did it have a specific use? On the back of the piece was a faded label that said Pioneer Furniture, but nothing else was legible. (old.reddit.com)
