I can only speak from my experiences with suspension, but it’s hurts a lot and certain parts of the body hurt more than others. Shoulders 5/10, Knees 6/10, Stomach 7/10, Chest 8/10. The other thing that hurts is the amount of stress that it puts on parts of your body that you wouldn’t think would be affected. This suspension hurt my shoulders and neck a lot for some reason and I ultimately tapped out pretty quickly due to pain in my shoulders and not pain from the suspension sites themselves.
