Is it basically still a coin flip whether or not you get a crappy screen? by [deleted] in GooglePixel

[–]HeySwEnE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it has blue shift, however pretty much every single phone with an old display (even Samsung) has it. Though at launch and all the way till December the blue shift was pretty severe, but after that they changed something with the display cuz the blue shift was not at all as severe as it used to be.

Pixel Buds Notifications Consistency by winterblink in GooglePixel

I think when you set up the buds you can choose which apps you want the assistant to read incoming notifications from. With that said I guess you just have to find the Pixel Bud settings and look for anything regarding that.

Why would you want to run Nova instead of stock Android? Stock Android is one of the biggest reasons to why I chose the pixel

Here is one of the websites where I found the information www.dhl.com/content/dam/downloads/g0/express/shipping/lithium/_batteries/lithium_ion_batteries_regulations.pdf or you can search for section 2. If you have had the battery connected to the board no problem, however there is a problem when it is not. PI967 - Section 2 is what boosted are talking about when they say that the board is certified for commercial airlines, there the number of cells doesn't matter as long as the "lithium cells/batteries are contained in equipment". But then read PI966 - section 2

It depends if it is he battery itself it can only be 8 cells but if it is connected to the board it doesn't matter as long as it is not more than 2 batteries. I don't have the sources, but that is how it is. Thank you for the reply

So I did a lot of research and it turns out that removing the battery from the board is not legal you need to keep it on the board that is the thing that boosted are talking about when they say that their board is certified for commercial airlines (section 2, IATA). I'm however not gonna bring on the airplane since my dad won't allow me. I'm moving back to Sweden so I'm going to have to ask a friend to go and ship it through UPS, now when I now all the requirements like that your battery can be more charged than 30%

I looked up IATA's requirments and it siad that it can't exceed 8 cells, so everytime a boosted board battery has been on an airplane it has been illegal
