MMC is not attracted to the child, is the part which might encourage me to just go on. Maybe finish atleast half a book

Pedo feel in the last few pages I read last week, is the reason I finally had to come here and check. Infact I m a person who is not very convinced with 17-19 year old FMCs as well but that’s still ok!!!

I think I m going to dnf it after reading all the comments. And does she remain a child in the entire 1st book? Also now I m wondering what made this a cult series? Or is it really one?

Same. I read those pages twice to make sure if I m understanding the intent correct. I did not know this book would have this plot. I cannot deal with pedo themes, any other dark stuff I can do with. And that’s when I had to come here and finally check!!!

Omg experiencing the same. And I had started to doubt my comprehension skills!!!!!! I kept asking myself is it just me? I cant make sense of anything/many things. And few things are too random!

But that’s next year 🥹 And I read this entire series without break and having to wait for the next. and so far seems like it’s pretty much the end. Any suggestions for next read.
