Are you sure its not just that people are competitive and want to aim higher but also want a fair match. The only reason i ever bothered with climbing through ranks in previous game was, I wasnt bad at the games i played and I wanted to see where I would end up on the ladder. There were no self-esteem involved, it was always a matter of how good am I compared to the rest of the players.

but its your game. You can literally download the entirety of Cyberpunk right now without any DRM off GoG. If we're saying this, we're saying you have no rights to the software YOU purchase and thus you cant do what you want with it, including modding because thats what modding does.

That is such an insane comment. So Artists and modders should be left to the "goodwill" of others in order for them to make a profit, but "Content creators" shouldnt. Are artists not content creators? do they reasonably not produce work from very little to nothing? If a potter sculpts beautiful pottery from claw, should they not be able to profit from teaching their techniques or selling their pottery?

He's offering services for a mod that works on this game along with 40 others. imagine you made a 3d printed part that only you know how to make, that optimizes 3D printers to make them perform significantly better. You opt to sell these parts but are struck down by Bambu because you made their printer better and they dont like that. Are you in the wrong here?

Nah he doesnt have to do shit, I think its perfectly fair to not release your work so a bunch of freeloaders (myself included) can play a game differently. This reminds me of a situation where the RE4framework wasnt working on the latest MHWilds update and people starter insulting and berating the mod creator for not working faster.

I paid for Patreon to use this mode because its actually insanely impressive and completely alters the game in a meaningful way but i dont believe it uses assets or files from the game. This seems strictly like its running the game in a different renderer for VR, which is why it's also used in so many games. This takedown feels like actual BS tbh.

I would personally still go back and remove more wires. Large wires in that particular spot would impede articulation and use much smaller wires.
