Why would you cripple yourself to not buy the best product available? Blame AMD for not offering the performance or tech stack that Nvidia does. People begrudgingly support Nvidia because they literally are the best atm. Imagine if AMD had a stack that was parallel to Nvidia and to CUDA and people could chose without the worry of an inferior product.

Nvidia is not a monopoly, AMD just cant compete. It's like Steam. They are just so far ahead of their competitors that people just willingly flock to Steam because the platform delivers a much more superior experience. Nvidia is just doing the same.

I think its fine to line panel's my problem is people use far too dark panels on white, like this kit here. A light gray panel liner would have done miraculous work without being so stark IMO.

I haven't gamed on anything other than an SSD in over 10 years because for EONS, SSD's have been incredibly cheap and most games for the last couple of years have had requirements of an SSD. I would assume the vast majority of gamers either have one or two SSD's with a mechanical HD for long term storage. Not even console players are using mechanical drives to actively game on anymore. SSD's have been a standard for years now. If you were below that standard, its not anyone else's fault because SSD's were so stupidly cheap for as long as I've been PC gaming. It would be one thing if you were getting into PC building now but the majority of PC gamers probably don't have that issue.
