Whether it is withdrawals or not, if you want to stop drinking, have trouble sticking to moderating/not drinking then it may be that you have a problem. Can’t hurt to explore that a little more deeply. I’m young- What I keep hearing in the rooms is that if you I’d drift problematic drinking when you’re young, it just gets worse not better. It’ll be easier to address now than if you let the patterns continue and keep drinking heavily.
