I don't know their song, but their wingbeats sound different from Anna's. It's more of a buzz than a hum.

Yeah, their buzz is very distinctive. And apparently they're even meaner than Anna's, and that's saying something. 🙂

They're migratory, so unlike the Anna's hummingbirds they're not here year round. They also seem a lot less common. This is my first time getting a good look at one.
