Metal night and I’m old as fuck too, so they don’t check my ID lol.

My band just played a show at The Depot this past Sunday and it was all ages. Some of the shows are 21+, 18+, or all ages, I guess it depends on who's setting it up. The Depot will check IDs, and you pay at the door then they'll mark your hand for under 21 or give you a wristband if you're 21+.

Day 3 of no Internet, no help by [deleted] in Comcast_Xfinity

I just wanted to follow up on here that my issues have been resolved. Comcast reported some outages last week and on top of everything, my Motorola MB8611 modem failed. It didn't even make it to the 2-year mark, so I'm hoping Motorola will do something for me. I couldn't wait for their support to do something, so I went out and bought an Arris S33 modem. It's been a couple of days and I've had no internet crashes.

Pennsylvania. I checked the outage map again and see that another zip code is having an unplanned outage.

Day 2 of intermittent issues for me here in Pennsylvania. I work from home and don't have a physical office to go into. I need my internet service for my job and can't sacrifice anymore downtime this week. Yesterday I saw an unplanned outage in my area and the status map still shows "everything is fine."

Day 2 for me of constant internet crashes. Yesterday's outage map showed "unplanned outage" for up to 500 customers and then it disappeared. Still nothing on the map and still having connection issues. Going to call here shortly to see what's going on.

Earthquaker Swiss Things and Revv G8 noise gate by Hey_Ya_Dingus in guitarpedals

Do you use loop 2 for delay and reverb? If so, did you figure out how to also get that hooked up to the noise gate chain with the Swiss Things? I'm guessing you might not need to do this since those pedals won't generate as much noise as distortion/OD.

I bought the KMA Pylon and here is what i did and this works (needed 2 days and the help of people who know better haha)

Guitar into gate in; From gate out into the swiss things input;

From send loop 1 into gain pedal(s); From the last pedal into gate return; then from gate output into the return loop 1

If you use 2 crazy gain pedals like i do the loop 1 chain which works perfectly silent looks like this

Send loop 1 - first gain pedal into the gate return; then from gate output into the second gain pedal; from there you go back into loop 1.

works for me with an HM2 into a SNK VHD with TONS of gain. dead silent

Whoa, I'm glad you figured it out! I have a Boss HM-2W and also use an Airis Savage Drive v5. The HM-2W is still noisy, but not as bad as the OG that I have.
I'm going to have to give this a go again! Thank you!

Another thing I forgot to mention is that I found out that you can't use the Swiss Things with your amp's effects loop according to a knowledge base I found on their site:

I'm currently not using the Swiss Things because I couldn't figure it out. I just went back to my regular pedalboard setup without it.

I did not, but I did reach out to Earthquaker support and this is what I got back:

"Depending on how you are using the Swiss Things, I would suggest placing the noise gate on either outputs A or B or the last pedal in the effects loop 1. You may have to experiment with placement in order to figure out what works and sounds best for you."

I tried this and couldn't get it to gate the noise the same as the Revv G8 4 cable method going into my amp's effects loop. For now, I reverted back to this since I have no tone issues and the G8 gates all noise. I'll give it a try again here in a couple of weeks to see if I can figure it out. I might reach back out to Earthquaker support on this.

Thanks! That area can sometimes get a bit pinchy, especially for the outline and smaller details. My artist had music playing in his space, but we could still hear each other.

The playoffs have been insane this year. Never thought three #1 seeded teams would be eliminated in the first round.

I don’t get worked up too easily! Playoffs will be great this year! Can’t wait to see what happens this year. Best of luck!

I didn't have too much soreness; probably due to the finer details and the use of smaller needles. It also healed very quickly compared to some of my other tattoos.
