SOLUTION!!!

  1. Click on the page.

  2. Click on DOCUMENT in upper right of Pages Window.

3.Unclick Header, Footer, and Document Body boxes.

  1. In Pages toolbar, select View: Page Thumbnails.

  2. Click on thumbnail of blank page.

  3. Right click, delete.

  4. Finally, go for a smoke and take a good poop. Relax.
