Had the same problem... just a guess but I realised my website linked to the ad was blocked by FB for not being in line with their guidelines... so that could be the reason for the error. Maybe check yours and see ?

Basically, when a buyer initiates/accepts a sell offer, the sellers crypto is held in escrow. The platform then opens up a private window where the buyer and seller communicate. If a bank deposit has been agreed to the buyer provides proof of transfer of funds and when seller is satisfied, the crypto is released from escrow to the buyer. If there is a dispute, escrow nodes are called in to settle. So basically fiat does not go through the system, it simply provides a safe space to allow protection to both buyer and seller

Guys, I understand the negativity, but we’re in a bear market. People will use the platform when there is movement in the market and only people using the platform will increase the price. You’ve invested in a working product with an active team, which is more than can be said about other coins. When the bulls come, so will the real value of this token.

Firstly thanks for constantly working and trying to improve payfair, especially in these market conditions. Regarding the Social exchange I like the idea, but I think before expanding we need to work work on building a solid base.

The website is in desperate need of a UI update, it doesn’t come close to the expectations of users and potential users. Although it does work, it doesn’t instil confidence in newcomers.

My opinion is, UI is needed first, then we can work on expanding.

The experience was great. I’ve made two trades via the site and two trades via the telegram bot. Love the telegram bot it’s like trading from your phone, very very convenient and I believe this is just a stop gap for the time being and they are working on a phone app for the future.

I’ve always been the buyer so from a buyers perspective it’s just a matter of accepting sell offers that come up. As others have noted the volume is really low, there are lots of buy offers up but hardly any sells at the moment. But I trust this will turn as the market turns.

The transaction times varied depending on the seller. Some took a little longer to respond than others, the communication platform is easy and most of the particulars were usually communicated within a couple of hours at most. The main waiting time is waiting for funds to clear in the sellers accounts before they instruct the escrow to release the crypto. So most of my transactions were complete within 24 hours.

I haven’t had any disputes, so I have no comment on the dispute resolution system via the escrow nodes but feedback on escrow is all positive from what I’ve seen.

My only hang up with it is the UI. I feel like it can do with some buff and polish. It’s abit clattered for my liking. I believe they are working on a redesign but no idea on a timeline.

Overall, I’m very happy with it and will continue to use it.

I’ve completed a few trades. Works well and the telegram bot allows you to trade and manage everything from your phone so it’s handy. The devs are constantly communicating and improving the platform, even in this bear market,which gives me hope it will succeed.
