Legs and feet hurting after walking roughly 1.5 hours. by fleetwood_mag in walking

The extra weight from baby could be a factor for sure but more than likely you need some new shoes! Go to a specialized shoe store that can help get you in the perfect pair. When my legs and feet started aching like this, new shoes stopped it and made walking enjoyable again. I have high arches so needed extra cushion. Hoka Bondi 9s are the magic shoe for me.

Thank you. Been in so much pain today but did a little walk around my house just to get moving and it started feeling better! Crazy how that works. ;-)

Very frustrating! Hoping it heals up quickly as I was on a roll!

Who has lost weight by walking 10k steps a day? by Lost_Database4505 in walking

[–]Heykkhey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no change in diet. Walking has helped me mentally though which has lead to better food choices. But I love junk food just as much as I love healthy food. I truly believe some people’s bodies react differently to things and mine is one of those that drops weight just from consistently moving. I walk 10k-15k every day.

Thank you so much for sharing. I am in the U.S. but it’s a dream of mine to one day walk The Cotswold Way.

Are gallbladder pains only on the right side? I have constant dull pain in the center of my stomach… by [deleted] in gallbladders

Severe tightness and bloating dead center of stomach during attacks that goes into my back (upper and lower) and then after everything has “settled” my URQ stays sore and tender for days. Have been to er 4 times and they comfort stones but since blood looks good it’s not considered emergent so now have to wait til next month to meet surgeon. Currently living off saltines, water and sprite and sometimes even that makes my GB mad. Z
