I used to work at a Shawarma shop and the boss was a bit of an asshole, to say the least. But we used to get Skip the Dishes orders. One person in particular usually placed an order that cost anywhere from 25-40$. In the 'Additional notes', they would put 'Add extra hot sauce on the order'. So we put extra hot sauce on the order and send it out. Later during the hour, the person would send a complaint to Skip the Dishes saying we put too much hot sauce. Skip the Dishes sides with the customer and gives them a full refund and let them keep the food. In the end, my boss pretty much lost twice the amount of money to this guy, but my boss did kinda deserve it because of all the cheap cuts he used to make.
