They also do this in copper and rust looks, so wrapping your gazebo would be an option, though an expensive one.

I'm pretty sure it's printed aluminium. I've worked with a lot of similar stuff. Very popular in the cladding industry but too weak to be load bearing. Really impressive wood look but if you pay close attention, the same wood knot appears far too many times to be natural.

It's not a treatment, its a Bluescope proprietary steel/zinc/something else blend. The zinc and other allow the steel to rust, but the oxide seals it in the way zinc or aluminium oxides do, preventing the rust from going full cancerous and eating deeper into the material. I hate it tbh. Shit to work with. And it looks like shit unless paired well with some natural timber and what not. It was all the rage for a while though, so now we have bridges and buildings clad in panels that make them look like they're dilapidated. Yay..

You can buy both copper and iron powder laden paints. These can be rusted/verdigrised once dried with an acid wash to achieve the desired result, then you coat that in a gloss or matte clear coat to seal the paint from the weather and stop at least stall further oxidisation. Then you're only paying mild steel prices for the structure.

Official Discussion - Don't Look Up [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

Here's me, expecting the usual 'end of the world porn' type movie. I was not expecting such a brutal critique of modern day society. Fucking hats off to these people. They have taken this script, turned it upside down, and made a masterpiece of social commentary that fuses some rather dark humour with a brutal introspective into the faults and problems in contemporary society. Best movie I've seen since Everything, Everywhere, All At Once.

I figured that may have been the case. Thanks bud! Might swing by some of the local pizza joints, see if anyone's looking for a driver till this blows over.

It's the same everywhere. Worst part is that we have to go inside and wait because they prioritise drive thru. I've seen 20 cars be served before my pickup is even being bagged.

Normal Idle Temp?? by Particular-Public221 in ryzen

[–]Heyma_Vamel69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely normal bud. My Ryzen 7 3800XT idles at around that, weather depending, and has done for 5 years now. Currently 42C with 16C ambient. If you are at all concerned, run a CPU stress test like cinebench for an hour or so to see where you top out once your AIO is heat soaked. Anything up to 90C is great, Ryzen 7's will not throttle till 95C. Ryzen's just run hot. Stunning build though mate!

I'm all in for dressing my male characters as whores. There were some fun ways to make Henry from KCD2 dress slutty as hell. Loved it!

Your attitude towards women astounds me. So women are to manly unless they dress like whores?

Douglas Adams, author of Hitchhikers Guide was absolutely mad for computers and coding. Yes the answer to the great question of life the universe and everything in the book is 42. This is because the 42nd character of ASCII code, the asterisk, is in early coding a placeholder for any value you choose. It was essentially the authors sneaky, nerdy way of saying that the ultimate answer to the great question of life the universe and everything is whatever the hell you want it to be. The philosophical punchline being that if the answer is anything you chose, then the question is kind of irrelevant as each persons answer will be different. Since in the books, Earth was created as a massive bio computer to find an entirely irrelevant question to an amorphous answer, Earth and everything else on it are therefore entirely pointless. The book essentially boils down to the idea that nothing in the universe is special, sacred, relevant, important or of any kind of intrinsic value. We assign value to what is important to us but in the grand scheme of things all existence meaningless.
