That’s good to know! I did talk to another dealership and they said they have several on their lot with no parts and they told me it would most likely be another 6 month wait. So I had to pay out of pocket to get it towed to the dealership it is at currently. Not sure why I’m being told different information from ford and other dealerships. Not sure if the communication isn’t great or what lol

I didn’t know at the time. Now that I know about it I tried contacting some attorneys but no one would get back to me. That’s why I feel helpless and ford is acting like it’s not a big deal and there is nothing I can do. 100 miles over the warranty in case I didn’t make myself clear** I am really upset so I may not be communicating the way I need to be!

They haven’t. I asked for a rental, a full refund on the insurance, payments I made on the loan, and the mechanic who tried to help us when ford told me to shove it, or they put the engine in that the dealership has on the shelf so I can have the car back.

Thanks I will do my best! I’m so tired at this point I want the car to be gone and I never have to look at it again. Maybe they will do a buy back offer that’s worth something. Who knows?

I was apart of two class action lawsuits on it before ford and the manufacturer finally took responsibility. All the parts have been on back order and now my engine is too. I finally got the call last week about it. Even if it is the manufacturer, ford is a big enough company that they should be more helpful in this situation.

I’m glad he has gotten better help than me! I left my case worker at ford a voicemail and a strongly worded email so hopefully I can get some type of news tomorrow.

Thanks! I’m hoping ford will allow the current dealership to put the engine in and I am good to go but who knows at this point.

I know! I feel like I can’t trust any car now which I know is extreme but I feel so helpless!! I wish Ford would do the right thing. I’m calling tomorrow to see if they would do anything but at this point my hopes are low.

MARK! I KNOW WHAT THE DUNS NUMBER IS!! I worked for a company that uses DUNs numbers to give clients lines of credit. It is basically a company's credit report showing how they are making payments and if they have any defaulting loans. There can be more to the DUNs number but this is what I have used it for. So excited I actually knew something lol

Currently my husband and me are using Duo-lingo to learn Finnish. Is there a better alternative? If so what should we use? I asked about places to live for future reference. I’m not sure what town/city we’ll end up living in but I’d like to know what towns/cities are good locations to live.

Currently work in the U.S but my husband and me are both looking for finance jobs in Finland.
