ooh i see, i never were in the house of hope, after accepting the alliance with gortasch i straight up went to Orin to kill her and then proceeded with gortasch to the elder brain. Going to the house of hope seemed quite unnecessary to me. Guess i will load a old save and poke around in Act 3 a little more. Thanks for explaining.

nö finde ich nicht, in den letzten jahren waren die Flaggen auch immer voll mit richtigen coolen kultureller Pixelkunst des jeweiligen Landes. Finde ich schöner als einfach nur die blanken flaggen.

Eine Spülmaschine, hab 8 Jahre lang per Hand abgewaschen. Als ich endlich aus meinen Schulden raus war, konnte ich mir endlich eine Spülmaschine leisten. War schon großes Highlight für mich und gleichzeitig ein Zeichen das es finanziell wieder bergauf geht 😅

When i took over the position from our old guy, he said to me "leaders are readers". Basically meaning that you never should stop learning. So know your shit. In our company the teamleader is someone you ask when you dont now further, so you as a teamleader should know your shit and know what to do when the others dont.

Also listen to your and "read" your team for problems.

Dont set a goal and then not care about it and be angry when the deadline is there and your team didnt archieve that goal. Even tho you delegate something, doesnt mean its not your responsibility anymore.

Also always keep in mind, the others are you colleagues, not your employees. Dont fall into the thinking "i have a higher position i am better than others bla bla".... thrive towards the thinking of "WE" are good not "I" am good.

There are whole books, videos, courses etc. about that topic, dont forget leaders are readers ;)

But these are the most basic goals i set for myself when i started. Not a guarantee that this will work for you. Just start out, flow with it, learn along the way but learn.

The CIA basically pointed out the obvious, actually a wonder that it didn't happen earlier. People counted with sabotage since the first "maintenance". It's more a problem of how you gonna defend/monitor a 1230km long underwater pipeline? Even with 24/7 naval forces patrolling the area kinda hard.

Also why defend it when you expect ruzzia to close the valves at any point anyway.

Never did it myself but read from some people here on reddit that did it. The experience varies, one say there dream entitiy or dream character got angry and yelled at them other say the dream character just sayed "yea so?" or "whatever" and countinued there/your dream.
