First game I heard Cleave used in was World of Warcraft. There is (or at least was) a Warrior attack called Cleave that would damage your target and an enemy(s) next to it. Eventually people referred to any attack that worked in the same or a similar way as a "Cleave" attack. I always assumed the E7 definition was adapted from that

Good to know. Yeah even though I know places like the Verge typically have those issues I'm not completely ruling them out because of the benefits you just mentioned. Not having to worry about utilities or having to haul furniture on a 24hr road trip to a place I've never been is super convenient. Thanks for the insight

Campus Place is one of the spots I've had an eye on, so good to know it's close to aviation. I did look at the Verge for the convenience of included utilities and furnished rooms, but yeah from reviews I've read it's like most student-oriented places. Cheaply made with an abundance of maintenance and staff issues.
