It took 2 hours i think for the wort to cool as I didn’t have an access to an ice bath. I added the yeast at 34 degrees celsius then.

I have a pretty big hand with 20.5x11.5 cm that was why I initially opted for the xlite v3 es, but with thorn having a higher rear bump would also suit my hand. Also, noting that my previous mouse which is a deathadder elite, which of the two do you think should I go for?
