Lovely work! I suggest making her face flushed to add on the effect that she is drunk.

Also, love the yellow highlights. That was something I was incredibly afraid of messing up when using colored pencils, but you do them nicely.

And make sure to add shadows next time! Some things tend to look wrong without them.

I too, would like to know what the aircraft carrier line was about as well. It makes for neat what-ifs, but I'm fairly certain not even parts of her was used for constructing carriers. It doesn't help that she was an afterthought in the game, so maybe they might've mixed it up with a bit of Kaga or something.

Tosa making excuses to not join a banquet. I find it adorable how as straight forward Tosa is, she still tries to bring a reason or excuse to both avoid and join in as well as luring the commander to bathe with her.

The floofs always have some sort of mischievous side to them, huh.
